Joe and the lady at the front desk, I cannot remember her name and I’m so sorry! But they were so awesome today! We’ve been with extra space storage for awhile now and recently needed to get a bigger unit. I tried to do it online and it just wasn’t working so I came in to get help. They made the transfer so easy to complete and went above and beyond for my family and I! Thanks so much! 100/10 recommend! If I could give 10 stars I would!
