Quick and easy but Online said I can have an authorized user so when my wife came to get locks they wouldn’t let her and said I had to which was a major inconvenience since I’m at work and in a hotel due to house fire and she even had a copy of my id plus had me on the phone w/FaceTime and still wouldn’t let her get the locks even though she paid for it and her name was on the card. Doesn’t make sense like why is there an option to have someone access ur account if they can’t access it. Also wouldn’t you want to verify the name on the card used for payment if anything? Because that was not verified because I’m not even the one who paid. If it wasn’t for all that my review would be better. I can be just as petty.
