Robin was very helpful from the first call when I was asking about rates, to the contract explanation. She took the time to ask questions to see if I qualified for a discount, I'm over 65 so the senior discount was a plus. I appreciated that. She was having a busy day, but she spent plenty of time with me going over all the details. I left completely satisfied with her service and my storage unit.

My things (furniture/home items) have been store here at the Columbia location for 2 years. This week Angie assisted with setting up my transfer to a smaller unit and was amazing! I appreciated her showing me both units as well as the pros/cons with either. The 4th floor really needs an air unit to cool it down. What I love the most is, in the two years I didn’t have to worry about any pest ruining my items (probably my biggest fear with storage units. The most i saw were daddy long legs in a corner or two. Units remained clean, pest free and secure!
