I’ve had my unit for over a year, and this has been very convenient due to limited storage at home. The promotional rates do expire and rates increase gradually, so this is to be considered. Customer service is great, though; Aaliyah was so helpful addressing a concern I had, and made sure to resolve the issue very quickly. For anyone looking for storage in the area, I would recommend this location!
