Mike at the front desk is amazing. I had a billing issue and he attempted to fix it right then but it required manager approval. He then called me back in the same day to let me know he had escalated my issue, and had fixed it for me, taking care of my concern entirely. Professional and prompt, they've earned my business. Can’t say enough good things about Mike at the Fulling Mill location. Pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to go the distance to help you out. Even though the constant rate increases are frustrating, I stay because of the great service that Mike provides. It is a clean, well maintained location as well.

Servir always top-notch. Reminder calls and the ocasional check-in from the manager. Never any issues with our unit, and we have been with them for 8 years. I feel my belongings in storage are well taken care of so I won’t fuss about the prices. I own a 5x10 space.

This place is definitely awesome. No hassle about getting and set up for initial storing purposes. Everything was ready day of. Had a problem with my billing. Mike fixed it right away. Definitely will be here for awhile. Gate access code for security when office is closed is a plus.
