Staff is amazing & helpful. Both Mike and Heather have been friendly at every encounter (phone calls and in person). This storage facility is extremely well maintained, very secure (cameras everywhere) and very clean. Great place to store things. The zero contact rental feature (online) is very helpful when looking for that kind of service because their office hours might be outside of your scheduling needs. The option to upgrade to 24 hour access is a great option for anyone who wants access to their stuff at anytime.

I’m not sure how you find them but so far all the employees I’ve encountered from Extra Space have been awesome. Dave from the Salem Church location continues to exceed my expectations and today I met Mike at the Fulling Mill Road store and was equally impressed. I recently rented a space at the Fulling Mill Road facility. Renting a space was so quick and easy. Mike, the manager was so friendly and helpful. When I went to my space I rented, it was clean and I was so happy I decided to rent. I would recommend anyone that wants to rent a space at the Fulling Mill Road facility to go and ask for Mike. He will definitely treat you right.
