Alicia at the Extra Space Storage on 23rd and Washington Avenue is amazing! We’re renovating our parents’ house and needed extra storage space. And so this was our first experience using outside storage of any sort. Alicia helped us navigate the entire process. She is smart, knowledgeable, personable and very empathetic. She took the time to show us the different storage options as well provide her recommendation on what may work best for what we need. We are coming back and working with her for our next renovation project! I also just wanted to add: We went back a few days later to start moving some of our stuff into the storage unit. (We’re renovating a house and needed extra space storage to temporarily house some of the big items as we’re redoing the floors.) Maginnis, the store manager, was on site and very helpful. I showed her the amount of stuff we had to store (two studio-sized U-Haul trucks) and asked if we could fit it into the 10 x 10 storage unit we had rented. Maginnis took the time to show us the different (and larger) storage options and provided her input on which would work best. I’m thankful and grateful she took the time to help and show us the different options and she was definitely right - we ended up going with the 10 x 20! Thank you, Maginnis, Alicia and the 23rd Street / Washington Avenue Extra Space Storage team!
