Good experience with storage here for over a year. Prices were reasonable in the area, gate access was convenient, facility was clean, and if I ever had to call there was always someone to reach. Also, easy check in and check out process. Would store here again if needed.

I made an online reservation with Extra Space Storage in Manayunk on 8/2 for my first storage unit ever. Jake called me within an hour of my reservation being received and helped to walk me through the process. He was patient and professional with me, a rather disorganized person, and made sure I knew what the process was to rent out a unit. Before the end of the call, he set me up with a rental agreement and made sure I received it via email along with an insurance agreement to sign, and told me that when I come to move my items in, I can change the size of space if necessary. I also received a code for access which is easy to remember. I'm feeling at ease about moving my items in.
