Kyle embodies what customer service should be. Not only was he attentive to me, answered all my questions. But was dealing with a broken front loading bay door and multiple phone calls as well. Never at any time did he show any frustration and was incredibly pleasant and friendly. Give him a raise right now.

This is the type of facility that you want to do business with. All the interactions have been courteous, professional, and pleasant. In my case, I am out of state for most of the year and I needed a facility and service that I can trust. The last thing any customer want to experience is having to manage issues from a distance. This location is a breath of fresh air. Completely night and day experience from what I've had in the past with another location. The facility is super clean and well lit. Being that this is a relatively newer site, I got a sense that the staff enjoys working there too. The check-in process was also smooth. Everything was exactly what I expected. The garage doors at each loading bay provides security for your vehicle once you are inside with an additional secured door for access inside to the storage units. Thanks to the whole team for delivering excellence. My mind is at ease knowing my valuables are secure with Extra Space Storage.

Kyle was always helpful & my stuff felt safe & dry, that mattered most. They will warn you upon signing up that the price goes up after a few months & it will go up high so be mindful. I’d store here again
