I recently rented a unit and Hayley was very helpful. As this wasn't her regular site, (Noble St. I believe she said), as she was filling in. Very knowledgeable of this site as she helped me not only through the process, but also guided me to different size units to see what was the best fit for me. It was a very easy-going experience. Terrific customer service! Colin was very helpful, knowledgable and extremely friendly! He answered all my questions and my daughter’s questions to our satisfaction and made storing my daughter’s college items from Jefferson very easy. I recently got a small storage unit here and was very impressed with the overall newness of the space. Very secure, well lit and climate controlled. Kyle was awesome with answering all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!

The Extra Space Storage Facility is very clean and secure. The Staff Kyle and Collin exceptionally nice and knowledgeable with the different unit sizes. In addition, Collin showed me how to open and close the lock cylinder. I am very thankful and please with the facility and staff.
