West Chester Self Storage at 1008 Greenhill Rd

My apologies to Andrew for my delay in writing this. Recently i had some questions I have meant to ask for a long time but i hate maling these calls because no one is nice it seems. But when i called, Andrew picked up. He was so kind and very willing to help me and answer all my questions. It was a friday and he said he would follow up the following Monday. And he did just that. His customer care was above and beyond and I feel like this is so rare these days but what a delight. Ive been with these guys for quite possibly 15-20 years and i have needed to change units whether upsizing or downsizing and they always tried to find one as close as possible to my other. There is always a long flat cart to use inside each building. I need temperature control because i have expensive irreplaceable artwork and furniture etc so the temp control is a must for me. Im very grateful that it is so safe and secure as well. Im grateful i made the call and spoke with Andrew. He was so helpful and they appreciate how long i have been a customer so that was really nice. Andrew, my apologies for taking so long to write this review, especially when you went above and beyond, doing exactly what you said you would do. I hope i dont need a storage unit the rest of my life (haha), but if i do, it will always be here with ExtraSpace Storage on Greenhill Road??. Highly recommend!

The guys in the office are great to work with and are very helpful and good communicators. The storage facility is always clean, properly conditioned, and conveniently located.

Dillon (from the West Chester office) was amazing! He was professional and courteous and sympathetic while I ranted about the rate increase I was about to incur. He not only explained the reasoning in a way I (not in this industry) could understand, but also offered to work with his manager (name unknown) to come up with a solution that would work for all parties involved. Dillon informed me I might not hear anything for a day or 2, but he called back within 30 minutes with some great news. So thank you, Dillon and Manager, for your dedication to customer service, in such a client-transient industry as storage, could easily fall short. This all combined with the cleanliness of the grounds and building, I would highly recommend! Thank you!

I rented a 10x10 unit recently for some temporary storage while we move. The guys at the Greenhill Rd location in West Chester, PA were personable, pleasant, and professional. Dylan was helpful in showing me the various units available, and Andrew held the space that we wanted for over a week until we could confirm a moving date. The online price was honored, even though I went in person to sign up. They worked out the best price for me based on the size of the unit needed and how long we would have it for. There was absolutely no pressure to get signed up that day. Moreover, the buildings were incredibly clean and well maintained. This exceeded my expectations. (In contrast, the experience I had at Public Storage was terrible, let's just say there's no comparison.) Keep up the great work, guys.

We put our entire life into a unit and have been able to come and go as we need. Everyone at Extra Space Storage has been so helpful and kind. Thank you for looking after our things while we continue to look for the perfect place to call home.

I have been storing with them for years snd am so impressed with their climate-controlled facilities and CUSTOMER SERVICE! Andrew in the office at Green Hill Road is especially amazing. He’s been a consistent joy over the years, very capable and professional and always a joy to talk to. Storage can be a stressful thing in a person’s life, and knowing the location is staffed so well and has had consistent leadership over the years is really comforting and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Rented a RV space that was advertised online as $125 but upon check was $146.00. Dylan said he was going to speak to his district manager and get us a credit. We feel that extra space falsley advertised the price. Kind of felt like a bait and switch. We rented for 4 months and paid in full, but we expect the credit to reflect the advertised price. Steve
