Quick and easy experience, facility was nice & clean. Also, the rental office smelled amazing!! Definitely would recommend .

Anne is the absolute best! She’s the reason why we’ve been at Extra Space for a full year and will be there for the foreseeable future as well. Even with other storage locations available nearby, Anne found a way to make everything work for us and our situation - providing us with the confidence that we’re doing business with people that look to find a win-win solution whenever possible. It’s easy for a company to find reasons to raise prices, it’s a lot more challenging for them to justify foregoing a larger payday in order to keep a customer happy. My experience so far with Extra Space is that while they have similar pricing policies as others in the industries, this specific location in Johnston is very pragmatic and willing to go the extra mile. Extra Space is not always the most affordable option, but as long as Anne is there we’re confident that it is the best option in the area. Pragmatic, logical, empathetic, and solution-focused… every location needs an Anne of their own.

Stored here for a short while but had nothing but a smooth time. I stored on the 3rd floor. Elevators were clean, floors were clean, and every employee encounter was great. Jay and Taylor are very sweet and very easy to talk to so if you have any questions or concerns they make you feel heard and answer as best as they can. Anne is an absolute pleasure to chat with. It’s always a happy welcome whenever you step into the office! There is one other employee I’ve seen and I can not remember her name but she also deserves recognition. Choosing to store here was a good idea and if I ever need to store again in the future I will be coming back! The employees here deserve a raise for sure!
