No concerns or complaints. You should bring a couple of door stoppers if you get a unit beyond the double doors. Locks and dollies are provided. Units are clean and dry. The automatic exit doors work now. Their rentals are a little pricey which was a little surprising considering that this location is in a low income neighborhood. Their payment page on the website was a major learning curve for me. Especially when it came to the finicky cookies. I was totally lost for the first couple of pay periods before it finally clicked.

The only thing I dislike is the changing pricing of the unit every other month. Why? Soon I Will have to look for availability at another unit. This was convenient for me but with the constant pricing hike it will be hard to maintain.

I had a great experience storing my things at this facility while I was in-between apartments and preparing for an out-of-state move. Everyone in the office was always very kind and helpful, and even helped me figure out that I needed a smaller unit than originally planned. The monthly charges were straightforward and affordable. The facility was always secure and clean whenever I stopped by, and it was easy to move my things in and out of the unit with the trolleys and elevator. Highly recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs!

El lugar es excelente pero cada cierto tiempo te quieren aumentar el pago diciendo que entienden que tu quieres el espacio por poco tiempo y tr aumentan entre 5 en adelante y si tu no reclamas te joden.
