Great experience overall. I love when I can perform transactions easily online. I was able to choose, pay and rent my storage locker online. When I arrived they had it ready and gave us a lock and key, and we had our personalized pin to access the facilities. We setup automatic monthly payments and each month my bank account was charged accurately and on time. I will be moving my stuff out this week and I also love being able to close my account online as well. Overall, this is probably the best self storage facility I have ever used and I recommend the 100%.

Phone questions were answered very professionally but yet very personable. Being a first time storage renter with many concerns, I was never made to feel uncomfortable. Care was given in showing units and after renting a unit the sales personnel was very efficient in showing us how to use the lock and all security codes. She was very patient explaining everything to my 9 year old granddaughter.....

Ms. Mar'Kayla, the Assistant manager was super helpful! She addressed all my questions and concerns at the office and she made sure I knew my way around the storage facility when the time came to store my stuff at the site. I genuinely enjoyed the customer service at this facility and I would highly recommend it! Very friendly staff!

The service after the service! Never have I felt so sure about a place. Brittney and I hope I'm pronouncing her name correctly. Mikaela are 2 employees every employer should be so lucky to have. They see to everything even begone you think you need it or want it. I would hire either one of them if my business was in need of customer service. I can not think of any other place I'd want to park my $100,000 investment. I feel safe knowing they are on duty and watching every little detail. Congratulations on finding these 2 ladies. I will recommend this place so long as they are both there working for you.
