Christal Phillips worked with me to make sure that I secured a storage unit that would fit my needs. She showed me several units, but the one I wanted wasn't available at her location. She searched nearby other locations for me, and informed me where to go, and seek the storage unit I wanted. She was very patience, helpful, and nice to me. I used her location on Clemson Road in Columbia, SC nine years ago to store my household goods. I am so glad that I decided to come back to Extra Space Storage. I had a very good experience with Ms. Phillips, and nine years ago too with no issues.

It’s really easy to get storage and only takes a few minutes. Mrs. Christal was the best and if you want help ask for her. I had to store my household goods. So far so good. Will tell you more in a month
