I can't say enough good things about how well this storage facility is run & operated, and the people that run it -- I was in need of two storage units at an affordable price, in a rush, and I was relieved to find Extra Space Storage's West Perry Road location was able to offer me both a temperature controlled unit & a larger drive up unit at a reasonable price. That was wonderful to begin with, but over the last few months, I have engaged with Adria, Doug, & Spencer, on numerous occasions, and I have been utterly blown away by their superior customer service skills and overall tones & temperaments. I know my things are in good hands while I am miles away, and every time I call to pay my bill & check in, I am so pleasantly suprised by their consistent kind & caring nature. Full 5 stars -- I highly recommend this place if you are in need of trustworthy, pleasant, reliable storage services!

Arrived and met Doug. He was very nice and told me all the options of the lockers they had. I would highly recommend this place. It is very clean and well taken care of. Doug is friendly and very helpful. I appreciate his willingness to help me out with choosing the right locker for my needs. The rental process is very easy.
