Christian was extremely professional, very welcoming and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole storage process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and keeps the property well managed. Great customer service overall. I’m very thankful!!! Also, Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and made the process quick and easy. She is very knowledgeable about the products and listened to all my needs and went through with it and found the perfect space for me. Great customer service! So far the Best storage experience I Ever had.

I'm well pleased with this facility location and it's manager, Norman. I receive good value for my money and the locker building and grounds are kept clean. Norman does a great job giving me fair prices for my unit. I just renewed a six month contract after finishing a one year contract. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage facility!

I'm speaking on the location at 434 Orangeburg Rd. Norman, is possibly the best possible employee and staff member I've ever worked with in my long list of vendors I do business with relating to my interior remodeling business. He, and the rest of the staff underneath him, are ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help answer any questions and make our customer experience top notch.
