I had a great experience with the facility and staff. I felt secure when I was there. The place is well kept. The folks running the place are friendly and helpful. I feel like the rent is crazy expensive, but they apparently charge what the market will bear. I would have given 5 stars except for the price and it was alarming how quickly the rent increased. They did give more than 30 days notice before increasing the rent. They advise you in the rental agreement to not put stuff like heirlooms there, even with insurance. My unit was not climate controlled and I had a tiny bit of mildew spots inside an antique cupboard that probably would not have developed if I had left the doors ajar. It wiped right off. There was no water intrusion and nothing to fault the facility for. I had to keep things in storage longer than I meant to. I recommend them highly. I love the 6-10 access hours, too.

My sister has been with Extra for a long time, we just got done cleaning out the last unit she had, Efrain has been very helpful and so has Kathleen their both great people and understanding. They keep the place looking nice and clean. I would highly recomend this place
