I was treated with the most pleasant person. She was very helpful and took her time and answered all the questions that I had. Plus gave me some advice on the moving in and packing. I was simply phone number bye the respect that she showed to me and suggested the unit that I had with the two doors. Do to the way I was treated and the pricing I actually had a friend that I was helping to move I got her a unit there also. Even though there was a storage public storage right next to where I live I wanted to go where I was treated with respect. Thank you for this employee and your company.

Everything was easy and smooth, I had no issues and would definitely recommend! Was able to get a storage unit very quickly and cancel it as soon as I no longer needed it with no issues! Everyone I spoke with there was very friendly and helpful.

I had such an amazing experience! I moved from Northern California to Nashville, Tennessee. I had such a great experience from the customer service support to the store manager once I arrived. Everyone was kind and Helpful. They gave me ease of mind and made me feel comfortable. I used extra space Storage in Northern California as well. I did everything online and it was easy and smooth. I was there for almost a month. When I moved out, a young lady helped me and was very nice. my only complaint is that I’ve seen a few bugs (cockroaches) while unpacking my items and positive it came from there. other than that no complaints.

Kept my things in this storage unit for 3 months! Everything was safe and in good condition upon my return. Some things to note are there is a small step and no ramp to get into the indoor units, and there is no doorholder so we used one of our boxes as a door stop. Had some difficulty accessing my storage space as the door code is not easily accessible from the app. Previously I had to call a corporate number and get help. Today, Luis was on site and able to help me access my space. He was efficient and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my move out process as smooth as possible. Thank you! (:
