With only 2 months into my contract and they went UP on my rent by almost double! That’s NOT good business and I wasn’t the only one! I hope no one ask me about storing items with them! That’s not how you treat reliable tenants!

Was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. The lady that helped me was super helpful. Actually she probably saved me a lot of headache because I was looking at a smaller unit then told her what all I was bringing and she suggested the next side and I’m soo glad I listened because it totally wouldn’t have fit.

Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a safe and secure location to store their stuff! I moved here from out of state and rented a unit for a month while I found a place to live. I found an apartment rather quickly and moved everything out of storage after only a few days. A couple days later I get a call from Justin at Extra Space. He was doing his checks and noticed my lock was gone and unit was empty and wanted to make sure everything was ok. I confirmed that I moved out and left the unit empty, and he refunded me the remaining days that I didn’t use the unit. Not only was it great to know he was keeping an eye on everything, he gladly refunded my money! 5 stars for sure!
