Joe was very nice. I got caught off guard with an out of nowhere increase in my rental from 104$ to 184$ and Joe helped me navigate the issue and made it not so hard on me. There is still an increase but not near 100$ more than what I was paying. Thank you!

Very easy process to apply and rent a space online. The facility at Downtown West is an older site, but appears to be well taken care of. Online pricing is very reasonable.

We been at this Extra Space storage facility for over a year now. While not the newest, it’s plenty sufficient for storage of items we need to keep, yet only use occasionally. The staff has always been very responsive and available the entire year of our stay and been very helpful - even though we’ve experienced really zero issues… beyond me forgetting the sign-in code. :-)

Dan was super helpful in resolving an issue I was experiencing, and while doing that he also noticed a raise in my rates starting in 5 days, so I was thinking about not continuing renting that unit anymore and he was able to also resolve that by showing me a unit that was bigger that recently came up for availability ( which I needed) and done all this within the last 15 minutes he was required to be there because his shift was over. Wow! What a valuable employee that you'll have, most places of business you go to 15 minutes before they close, they send you packing, or get upset if they have to help you. So Extra space storage if you haven't acknowledged your employee Dan, you really should because as a business owner myself finding dedicated employees such as Dan are extremely hard to find. Dan thank you so much for taking the time to help me like you did, you went above and beyond, but also thank you for just being a good human being to me cause I was having a bad day, we'll bay year with nothing working out in my favor, but it did today with you. Thanks again. You gave me a little hope in humans today....lol. Respectfully, Carol
