Just got a unit today, and the experience has been great. I completed the lease signing entirely over the phone and was able to sign all agreements online. When I arrived to the location, my gate code was not usable, but a quick phone call to the office immediately got me in touch with Matthew, who refreshed my data and helped me in. Matthew walked me to my unit, showed me around. The customer service has been great so far and I am very satisfied with the quality of the unit for the price.

Deb was great to work with. I moved from Texas to TN and she answered all my questions and when I left a phone message she promptly called me back. Great customer service is hard to fine today but Deb is an example of great customer service. The facility is the cleanest storage facility I have used and I have used several in the past few years due to multiple moves. I can see why this Extra Storage location is completely book most of the time.
