About 2 years ago during a trying time. I had move my late father's entire house to Nashville from Atlanta. I found Extra Space Storage near my apartment and placed all the items inside. Fast forward to today I moved every thing due to moving myself to a bigger place. Extra Storage Space gave me the relief of having my personal items safe and tucked away. The owners are great, professional and very caring of your items. If you're looking for some extra space to store your items this is the location. It's passcode protected and AC equipped. Give them a holler to make your life just a bit easier. Thank you Extra Space Storage. ??

Having downsized from a large house to a small townhouse, I ended up with as much stuff left over as I moved in! I looked online for climate controlled storage in the neighborhood and found Extra Space Storage. I popped in unannounced and met Phil Riegel, who is an absolute gem! He was very thorough in explaining the policies and procedures, including access to my unit and the rental fee structure. Phil gave me a tour of the facility and displayed he has a great sense of both professionalism and humor! Moving my items in was a breeze with easy access to the building and an ample supply of dollies, allowing me to make a minimal number of trips between my truck and unit. If you are looking for climate controlled storage and outstanding customer service, look no further than Extra Space Storage!

I've had storage units all over the country, and Phil runs a top-notch operation here in Nashville! The facility is always clean and Phil is extremely helpful and quick to answer any time I call. I drive past *many* other storage facilities on my way to ESS on Old Hickory, but don't regret my decision to put my items there. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of some extra storage space!
