I rented my space online. I spoke to Stevie over the phone to let her know I wouldn’t be there until the weekend and she was so awesome! This is my first time even putting stuff in storage and she made me feel so comfortable. When I arrived, the showed me to unit and made sure she answered all my questions. The check in, check out process is so awesome!! I’ve been a few times to drop off some stuff and it’s always refreshing to see Stevie out and about the property. That also makes me feel my belongings are secure. Thank you!

The process was quick and efficient. The clerk could have been more informative, i didnt know he was charging $16 for insurance he just asked how much I thought my stuff was worth. Also he could have been more cordial.

I can’t say enough about Stevie and her staff. Clearing out a unit for a friend who had died was so stressful, and Stevie helped me with everything from how moving pods work to loading services. Never expected so much compassion from a storage company. I was there often long hours sorting through things, and always felt so safe. I've been using this location to rent multiple storage units for my job for several years now and it's one of the best storage locations I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a lot!). I never worry about my clients' things staying safe there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will be a customer for a long time to come.
