I currently have a smaller unit and needed a last minute larger unit, the staff was very friendly and helpful and got me transferred to a bigger unit in no time. Process was very easy. Made my weekend move just a little better. Highly recommend

Well it was completely wonderful,blissful business and social experience.Being able to receive great rates and it's just comfortable integrating with this particular place where one's life and security there of is being storage. Mrs.Alicia and Mrs.Tamara are so sweet.Im moving to Houston and I needed a storage to place my things.The first time I went Mrs.Tammy took me to the storage unit so that I could see how big the space as which was something she didn’t have to do.????????She also gave me the rates on the units ????????.The second time Mrs.Alicia sold me boxes and also gave me a rate on the units.Lastly, when I ready to move my things in the storage unit Mrs.Alicia helped me get into a unit for my my things. I was having issues with both the lock and the door but Mrs.Alicia helped me with both lol.Both ladies are sweet. If you’re looking for a nice place to store your things and looking for nice Customer Service and and Nice Hospitality 213 South Watson Road is the place to go????????.Thank You Mrs.Alicia and Mrs.Tamara

This is my second time having to use storage and I will definitely recommend this place. I last used it it 2016 and like the place still looks good and safe. Aleshia was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and was super polite.

We had a great experience. Booking was easy and Alesha was nice and had a great attitude. I rented a climate controlled inside space she did tell me that the cooling wasn’t working on that side but they were getting it fixed. Other than that I have no complaints.
