Raised my rate without telling me. I was told me the mailed me a notice; I checked the date they said it was delivered, and I received nothing in the mail that day. Will not honor their rate.

Hiked up the price with no notice. Seems to be a common business practice of theirs. No one should have to deal with calling a business constantly so you don’t gouge on the pricing.

They just jack the price up without sending a notice, suddenly I'm paying $30 more per month then I previously was. Thankfully I am moved out and done with storage units altogether.
