Tina was extremely helpful and responsive with our recent query. Great storage facility near the Churchill Way Costco and Watermark church. Always clean. Have free carts to use which is helpful for loading and unloading. Security code required both to enter the building and us the up elevator.

After being presented with a 100% rate increase after 3 months of storage, I contacted the storage office we use and spoke with Ismael. He couldn't have been more helpful and was able to get a reduction in our rate, which I really appreciated. He was very nice on the phone and got back to me ASAP as he said he would! Great customer service by Ismael!
