In the middle of moving I came across many challenges with a different extra space. Had to call this location and try to get a different unit due to the other one not being open in the middle of the week (very frustrating). However things got a lot better when Odell (hope that’s spelled right) helped me. He set me up in a unit close to the elevator. He knew i was in a rush because i had movers on the clock. He was fantastic and made my experience 100x better with extra space.

Hello, heres a updated review I just wanted to give a special shoutout to the store manager of Extra Storage on Maple Ave Dallas TX, location James Howell .While Moving is hard but James provide a very positive experience he was helpful and also very professional. Good Job Extra storage again with this guy! He is doing a phenomenal job representing your brand. With summer approaching lots of friends and co-workers needing to store items due to moves, vacations etc…I will Definitely share my experience with friends and family looking for storage facilities.
