When I say this facility and this staff is beyond impressive, I mean it. Lena helped me pick out a storage unit. She was helpful, friendly, and knew this business like the back of her hand! She was so thorough and clear in her communication, that I rarely had a follow up question. She also gave great advice, specific to my storage experience (which doors are best, how to give directions to movers, what hours are best). She walked with me to show me how to use the storage locks and door codes. This was beyond the amount of support I would have ever expected. Now the facility was perfectly clean. It looks like it was just opened. Carts are available in their designated cart zones where they should be. The facility doors work seamlessly with the app. The storage unit doors are easy to use and feel extra secure with the cylinder locking mechanism.

This facility is the nicest I've seen and the staff was excellent. Leina was such a a great help. She got me what I needed in minimal time!
