Went to Storage Space for clarity about charges. Ms. Gina helped me and I must say that she was great. She was friendly, professional, she listened carefully to what my concern was. She looked up my account and explained clearly about my billing. And she was patient, as I needed her to repeat what she told. If all the managers were like her you’ll would be turning people away. People like to be heard and respected and she did both and more. I gave her 5 stars but will add 5 thumbs up. Great interaction.
