She was so nice, kind, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable about finding the best space for my needs. she gave me a great unit. Staff is friendly but the storage unit needs maintenance. My unit is suppose to be climate control but is not. The unit is always warm and the outside temperature is usually cooler. The rollup door also doesn't not stay up, so I have to have use a stick every time I use it.

I had a problem with the new gate code Change..Ms Jasmine was very professional and polite to me. I have been tenant for over 3 years.. The new ownership failed to inform me of the new Gate Code. I visited my unit every month.Ms Jasmine explained to me what may have happened and took full responsibility for the company’s failure to inform me!
