I had an unfortunate experience the night before Mother’s Day when I was accidentally locked out by an employee at the Beechnut and Kirkwood location. I had a truckload full of building materials that I urgently needed to store, and it was pouring rain just an hour before the gate was scheduled to close. I contacted customer service, and although they apologized for the mistake, they couldn’t reach anyone at the Beechnut location. I was told I would need to come back on Monday and that, since it was already past 10 p.m., the gate was closed. The representative said I would have to leave my truck there and find another way home. It was an extremely frustrating and stressful situation. Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with Ms. Trisha, the former manager of this location. Despite spending time with her family that night, she went above and beyond, driving home through the heavy rain to get her keys and coming out to personally unlock the facility for me. Thanks to Ms. Trisha’s incredible dedication and kindness, I was able to secure my materials and return home to my family that night. If it weren’t for her exceptional service, I’m not sure I’d still be a customer at Extra Storage. Thank you so much, Ms. Trisha, you truly made a difference!
