Carlos was an outstanding representative of your company. I am a new customer and, after in-processing me, he helped me get through the gate with my new combination and even met me at my new rental space. He ensured I knew the most direct pathway to get to my space. Beyond that, the facility is pristine, regarding cleanliness. The temperature is nicely maintained and good lighting comes on ahead of you as you walk the hallways. That magnet that holds the door open for you is a very nice touch to this experience. It almost makes me wish I my need for extra space doesn't run out in a couple of months.
