From move in date to present, Charles & his team have been so professional and courteous. I couldn’t be more pleased I made the decision to store my belongings with Extra Space. And when moving my daughter out of her dorm in Louisiana, I’d only lease with Extra Space. You guys have proven trustworthy.

The good: -Fairly priced storage units -Clean -I’ve only interacted with the site manager, Charles, who has been excellent, thorough & quick, in getting us set up in our multiple units and doing everything he can to accommodate our needs and timelines. He’s very customer friendly. The bad: -Access to dollies on site is extremely lacking. There’s only a few to be shared between hundreds of units. Even so, we’ve always had to walk the entire facility just to hunt one down if we find it at all. It’s partially out of the facility’s control if people don’t properly return them to starting point, but having more than 3 or so to begin with could be helpful. At last use, we had to check out a dolly from the front office with our license. But most of our visits are outside of business hours. We finally resorted to bringing & storing our own cart inside one of our units for use. I would imagine that this isn’t a convenient solution for many.
