Made a phone call after I made my reservation to get some information on the whole process. To my surprise it was mostly already handled. I didn’t need to meet any anyone, and my lock was waiting for me in my unit. Fantastic service.

I just rented my space this week: Charles was so personable and helpful answering all my questions! Very nice. Renting it was easier than I could’ve imagined. The location is on a busy feeder rd, so be ready to negotiate oncoming traffic . The facility was clean and secure. The space was clean and the building quiet. My only quibbles are fewer cameras than my old place and we had to search for just one cart to use!! But theives are everywhere and we all suffer the consequences, unfortunately. Otherwise, I’m pleased with my choice!

Very impressed by the property manager, Charles. He is friendly, responsive, thoughtful, efficient, and shows a great sense of ownership of the property. It's been nearly two decades since I last met a property manager who showed so much genuine care of the place, and a natural disposition of wanting to make his customers' lives better through his interactions with them. I hope he'll never leave!
