I was renting this storage for a few years, since 2021, I’m very sorry I had to leave, Azucena Pineda Catalan, treat costumers very nice same as Pedro.

I believe Pedro is a very well qualified Property Manager. He’s very friendly, answers questions and concerts. Knows the system well and does inform customers as to what size of storage units he has that meets our needs. Although I was a new tenant when the storm hit On May 25,2024, Pedro was able to keep everyone calm and assured tenants that they would help them as much as possible. I hope you keep him at this location, because he does a fantastic job!!!

Long time renter , after recent damage to the facility from a storm experienced by the Houston area we have had no access to get things that are Heavy from the units for over 2 months due to not being able to take vehicles to your unit and can only be "escorted" on foot meaning walking all the way to your unit in the 90 + degree heat and having to carry as much of your property that you can carry all the way back to the front . The staff are friendly but the way renters are being treated in this situation is unacceptable

Pedro and his team were amazing and very attentive after the storm that hit in May. I have been storing there for a couple of months now and every encounter i have with the team has been great. Even when my storage was damaged due to the storm they quickly found a solution to transfer me to another unit and take care of me. Even though i will be moving out in July due to the storm, i will continue to refer people here or anywhere that Pedro is Managing. I want to add that Bluesky the remediation company that is there has been great. They helped me move everything and when my Igloo cooler went missing the supervisor quickly paid for the loss. Much appreciated.
