Great job to the manager of your location at 8801 Boone Rd, Houston. TX. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility when I visited my storage last Saturday 08/24/24. I have been using the storage for over a year now, but my experience since she came on board a few months ago has been phenomenal. I have observed that she has consistently cleared the littering of debris, trash, discarded auto tires as well as broken furniture, etc. etc. left on driveways and open areas of the facility. Character wise, she is pleasant, she has good organizational skills, very polite in phone communication and in person, knowledgeable, attentive and promptness to enquiries. Moreover, she is very professional. I want to give her a special recognition for such a wonderful and tedious job of constantly keeping the facility EXCEPTIONALLY clean and secure. I recommend anyone in need of a storage facility in the area with a satisfactory service and security to take a chance. You won't regret it!!
