Christopher was very helpful as always, and he gave me the necessary information to be able to make a change of unit today, he even let me use one of his carts to be able to move all my things to the new unit.

I lost my keys and showed up at nine thirty just as Chris was getting there and he told me not to worry and immediately began to take care of my situation. He has a great attitude and is a major asset to the Harwin location. He'll take care of all your needs and isn't afraid to work and get dirty If a situation arises. I really appreciate his work ethic and personality.

Yes Chris was very professional and listened to all my needs and got me exactly what I wanted. I had used the storage units before under a different management but this was a completely new experience and the place is cleaner and well kept now. He set me up got me started and the rest is history.
