So far my experience has been easy and with no issues. The manager was concise, told me what’s to be expected, and had recommendations tailored to my needs. Surprisingly, the app seamless. The ability to open the gate from your car makes moving a lot more easier. Would recommend.

We ended up needing a larger unit than anticipated and Desiree in the office made picking a new unit and transferring everything over the phone super easy and fast. This locations’ level of custom service is fantastic, I was able to get photos of the new unit sent to my phone and get everything squared away without having to leave work to do so. So grateful for the level of service here!

I had some issues with the pricing, after 3 months of having my storage unit the corporate office tried to raise my rent $80 which is absolutely ridiculous. I went to the office to talk to the manager Desiree about it and she helped me out with the pricing. She was very helpful and professional and understood that an $80 jump out of nowhere was crazy. I use the storages almost every day and I always see her walking around with her cleaning cart making sure the storages are staying clean. I'm very happy with these storages and am planning on staying for a long time.
