Great service from Desiree , I had driven halfway across the country to find the unit I reserved wasn’t what I needed. One phone call and she saved me from a melted down dealing with brand X. No names about the competitor but it has a big U in it. ??

My experience with the manager so good i feel my storage is fully protected and she lives onsite i can live with free of mind. I troubled her twice asking for time and saying no, and again i went for again asking to hold not making payment but all the patience she said okay. Definitely an assert to company, even i found cheaper places in north west highway but i didnt feel safe.
