I had a great experience from start to finish. The service was fast, efficient, and the customer service was truly exceptional. The entire facility was clean, organized, and secure exactly what you want when storing your belongings. A special shoutout to the manager Benito who took the time to walk me through the unit options and answer all my questions. His knowledge and friendly attitude made me feel confident in my decision. He made the entire process smooth and stress free. This facility exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The day of our move (while movers were at our house) we realized we needed another storage unit. I called and spoke to Linda, who was amazing, and she helped me book something last minute in the location we wanted. The pricing is also very reasonable. Linda went above and beyond and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I highly recommend this place and Linda!

I’m pleased with the facility and with the EMPLOYEES . I reserved the unit online. First of all it says you can pick your unit, but really you cannot!, you pick the size which is already a given because that’s why you’re looking at it to begin with so you cannot pick your actual unit. The company advertised you get one month free but of course you don’t because you didn’t pick the right unit or the right price rate. One thing that does bother me is that the company assumes no responsibility if their roof leaks or if damages occurred to your property. Even though it is Their obligation to make sure their roofs don’t leak. I have used storage facilities in the past, and this one was previously under four other companies. The previous companies did not raise their rates very often or very much. Extra space Storage raises their rates often and also at exorbitantly high amounts of increases. Again, EMPLOYEES at the facilities that I have used have been pleasant and helpful, hence five stars
