Tim McHutchion is an awesome tour guide. Everything was explained in detail about access, climate control, etc. and his customer service skills are impeccable and very much appreciated.

The facility is clean and easy to locate. The manager was great. I would rent here again.

Had issues with my due my bank deactivating my old card before my new one arrived. Extra Spaced informed and worked with me until it was resolved.

I've been a customer at this particular facility for a couple of years now and while the fluctuation of my rent can be annoying and unexpected at times which is strictly on the Corporate Management side, I have nothing but good to say about Tim, the site manager. Tim, a proud veteran of our Air Force, takes the same amount of pride in his daily work at Extra Space as he did in his former military career. This is something that seems to be slowly vanishing from today's society and us deeply troubling to me. As a retired IT Analyst and IT Support Agent prior to that, I spent 31 years in public service and recognize what is involved when dealing with people from all walks of life. These straights can not be gleaned from a book or a course, they must come naturally and appear seamless in interaction with clients/customers. Tim has thise straights. I've seen him with multiple clients at his front counter, all wanting to be first yet, not once have I ever seen him lose composure or jeopardize his professionalism by making some snide or off handed remark. He is always courteous, friendly, attentive, extremely professional, and genuine. I am grateful to him for his Service to our great Country, am thankful for him and all he does in his current position at Extra Space. He is a true asset to Extra Space and should be valued for his contributions to your company. You could certainly do a lot worse as far as employees are concerned however, I find it highly unlikely you could find better than him. The facility is always clean, there is never any clutter or obstacles that might impede ones access to their storage unit. You can tell he really cares about not just the customers but the overall health of the facility. Thank you. George M Sweeney
