This is the best storage place I have ever used. I have been here for many years and everyone that works there always goes above and beyond to help. When getting a larger unit recently Fallon and Charsalyn were so helpful dealing with all my phone calls to get me the unit I needed. They were so friendly and put a smile on my face even with the difficult position I was facing.

This has got to be one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I moved from Arkansas a month ago and needed a place to store a few things while I looked for a permanent place to live. Since I am in an Airbnb I didn’t need much of anything and didn’t want to drag a lot of clothes with me. I got the smallest unit they had and the girl was pleasant enough and helped me with the paperwork. The issue cane when the first payment came due. I had some issue with the portal so I visited the location. I asked if they credited me for the lock that was supplied by the location and they had not. Luckily Charsalyn was there and resolved the problem instantly. She exhibited excellent customer service skills and treated me with respect as well as making sure I had the payment method locked in without any problems at all without me having to do a thing.i can’t say enough about how well I was treated by her

Drove from Seattle. Charsalyn was fantastic. Excellent customer service. Help me find the best fit for my needs. Even located another Extra Space storage closer to house. However, this location works best for me.
