Customer Service is definitely 5 star. From phone call to arrival, Malcolm was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me several units, patiently explaining pricing, etc. The units were the reason for my 4 stars--some of the outdoor units need repairs in the ceiling and the unit I settled on had a wonky lock. Other than that this facility is EXCELLENT, location, cleanliness and custoner service.

They were absolutely helpful when it came to the process of getting a unit And really quickly. Had to get a refund due to me not being able to use the unit due to some other issues on my end and without a problem refunded me my payment. They are great and also the pricing for units are great!

I needed a storage unit at the last minute and Djuana was super nice and pleasant, she processed everything on the phone with me so now all I have to do is move my belongings in. She explained everything throughly and left me feeling great and accomplished after our conversation.
