First impressions are everything and staff member, Leigh, represented Extra Space Storage at a high level with her friendly and professional demeanor during our first meeting at the property. Since then I have been a client/customer of this location for approx. 8-10 months and have had a good experience there for many reasons, including the cleanliness of the property and unit (no bugs or multi-legged creatures scurrying as you open your unit door; big plus!) and because Leigh and her manager are fair when a question or request is made. I appreciate that. I hope to disperse of the items in my unit in the coming months, but until that happens, ESS will have my business!

Leigh is so sweet and patient. I never had a storage spot before so I wasn't sure how anything worked, but she worked with me through everything along the way yesterday on 10/10. The place is neat and clean as well. She cares about her business as well as her customers. Definitely recommend this place ??
