My friend had some logistical issues transferring his items in storage to another state and was unable to be on site for the movers. Unfortunately he possessed the key for the unit. Natalie was contacted at the establishment and was able to assist with authorization from my friend for me to come up here and get the unit unlocked, and get the movers to obtain the contents of the unit. Aside from this, the management of the business were great to deal with and understood the issues for a military move and the constraints my friend was dealing with. Great customer service and understanding!

Staff (Natalie and Vicki) are great, friendly, and helpful. Facility is always clean and proper temp for climate controlled units. Only 4 stars because of the company's policy on raising rates so often and so much at a time.
