The process from the get go was a breeze. I decided to look online for a last minute storage need and saw a great deal on a large size that was running a promotion. I booked it and within a couple of hours I was placing stuff into the unit. Communication via email was so easy and self explanatory. The process of getting inside the unit and getting to choose what unit I wanted was also a plus. They have carts for easy hauling and music is played within the facility. Makes it feel less lonesome in there after hours. Went to the front desk for a couple of questions and the ladies were also very friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd time using this location. Will continue coming here for any future needs!

The employee that helped me was very helpful and helped me lease a unit same-day due to an issue I had at another storage nearby. Showed me all options and helped me find the best rate for the size. The facility is very clean, and the A/C is great for the Texas heat. Thank you to the employee who helped me, you were very knowledgeable and seemed happy to help me!
