On my first visit Chad showed me around and gave me helpful information regarding the size and location of the units. The next day I met with Lance who completed the paperwork and I was able to begin moving items in right away. These guys were attentive to our needs and very personable. The units are in excellent condition and very easy to access. I am happy with this decision to use Extra Space Storage.
