Customer service with Jeff was exceptional! He had to handle a call while I was there and his understanding, friendly demeanor, and respect for the customer's situation/questions had me sold before I ever saw the units. He was upfront with all my options and took the time to show me a couple units, and answered all my questions. I felt respected, not rushed, and no pressure. Very good experience!
