Sammii is the reason I have another storage unit with extra space. She is the definition of customer service from start to finish. She made the process smooth since I was inquiring of having another storage at a different location which is the one Sammii is located at, and my other one is in Stone Oak. She was willing to go the extra mile to help me out and that’s what customer service is about, not because you have to but because she wanted to. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage off of 35 past Judson. Ask for Sammii, you won’t be disappointed!
