Extreme price jumps are outrageous, yet if i move to a different unit, the exact same size , i can get it cheaper?*%#? Staff are very friendly, kept relatively clean, did have a snake in elevator once.

I would like to inform anyone interested in storage facilities that Extra Space Storage personnel, air conditioned facilities and units are outstanding! I gave a friend the address on Lone Star Pkwy. She helped me empty my unit and she was amazed with how beautiful ?? the facility was!!! A clean, secure, and easily accessible space at a wonderful facilities…??! Definitely not the storage facilities of the old times. ?? Thank you much for your outstanding customer service Edwin! ??

I received another rate increase. We love this facility and the customer service from Rachael, But We are going to have to vacate our unit due to the crazy price increase, I Spoke to Rachel, she helped me figure it out and was very professional and went above and beyond to help us stay. I learned that these rate increases go up every 9 months 25.00. We will be doing business elsewhere if we get another increase. We have been customers for years. Sad we will have to leave because we don’t get our post cards making us aware of the up charges either.
