Dear friends of mine got caught in a bind when the primary account holder wound up in the hospital, and the bill lapsed accidentally. My friend, who uses a wheelchair, but only had secondary access, needed to get in, and we needed to bring the account current. Ms. Alexandra Coker was SUPER NICE and graciously allowed me to pay by credit card over the phone to help. Folks on site even helped my friend with unloading stuff from the car. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

So far my experience with Extra Space Storage has been great. I reserved a 10x10 online and it was immediately ready. The staff called me shortly after to also let me know and was extremely polite and helpful. The unit was perfectly clean and easy to access. I had a question which they researched and called me back the next day, even lowered the price of my unit to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate all of the employees at extra space, the ease of reservation and access to my unit.
