I recently used Extra Space Storage on 3602 Wurzbach Road and had a great experience. The storage unit is in a prime location, making it very convenient. The facility is clean and climate-controlled, which gave me peace of mind about storing my belongings. The staff, especially Pattie and Sarah, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond by bringing water to my mom, myself, and our movers during the sweltering Texas heat, which was greatly appreciated. One area for improvement would be to ensure that both elevators are consistently working. This would make the moving process smoother and more efficient. Overall, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for their excellent service and facilities.
