I could no longer afford the rent of my storage space and wanted to check the price of a smaller unit. The gentleman who helped me was Jeff. He was understanding, providing me with affordable options, and found me a smaller more affordable option. He showed me the new space, and looked at my current unit and felt I could downsize easily. He was kind and treated me with respect, I appreciated Jeff!
